Florida Realtors Honors 2024 Award Winners

Mike McGraw, 2023 president, is the 2024 Realtor of the Year. All award winners were recognized Thursday at the annual convention’s in-person Awards Luncheon.

Average Long-Term Mortgage Rate at 15-Month Low

Average rate on a 30-year mortgage eased to 6.46% from 6.49% last week. Borrowing costs on 15-year fixed-rate mortgages fell to 5.62% from 5.66%.

New listings and inventory levels in July rose YoY for both single-family homes and condo-townhouses while single-family sales were up 5.2%. Condo sales fell 1.2%.
