Realtors Must Provide Equal Professional Services
A broker funneled two buyers who were virtually identical, except for race, towards different neighborhoods based on racial demographics because the broker thought one buyer would feel more comfortable living in a more racially diverse neighborhood. In addition to other things, this is a Violation of the Code of Ethics.
