Contemplated Interest When Doing An Appraisal?

The Realtor, who is a licensed appraiser and a commercial real estate broker, conducted a lender-ordered appraisal for an owner looking to refinance. Did the Realtor have a contemplated interest when conducting the appraisal? Is this a violation of Article 11?
